Instructor Eligibility

Chefs must provide truthful profile, payout, identity, and class information. Chefskona may require verification before publishing lessons or receiving payouts.

Class Standards

Lessons must match their descriptions, pricing, schedule, ingredients, equipment, language, difficulty, and location details. Pre-recorded videos must be owned by the instructor or properly licensed.

Pricing and Commission

Instructors set class prices. Chefskona may deduct platform commission, payment processing charges, taxes, refunds, chargebacks, or dispute adjustments before payout.

Payouts

Payouts require a valid payout account and may be held for review when disputes, suspected fraud, refund requests, or policy issues exist.

Conduct

Instructors must treat learners professionally, protect learner privacy, avoid misleading claims, and follow food safety and local business requirements.
