Using Chefskona

Chefskona is a marketplace for culinary classes, chef-led experiences, and related learning services. You agree to provide accurate account information, use the platform lawfully, and respect instructors, learners, and staff.

Accounts

You are responsible for your account activity, password security, and two-factor authentication settings. Chefskona may restrict accounts involved in fraud, abuse, unsafe conduct, payment misuse, or policy violations.

Bookings and Payments

Prices are set by instructors unless a Chefskona promotion applies. Payments, payouts, refunds, and disputes are handled according to the Refund Policy and applicable payment provider rules.

Content

You retain ownership of content you upload, but grant Chefskona permission to host, display, process, and moderate it for platform operation, safety, promotion, and support.

Liability

Cooking involves heat, sharp tools, allergens, and food safety risks. Learners and instructors are responsible for safe preparation, accurate allergy disclosures, and following local laws.
